Sudhir “Suds”  Menon is a senior advisor at Norwest, providing counsel to Norwest’s portfolio companies in the areas of AI, technology, and engineering.

Suds brings over 25 years of experience building cutting edge highly successful enterprise products in the area of data and AI and leading highly productive teams around the world. He most recently cofounded Sema4, an AI agent platform for enterprise AI adoption.

Prior to that, he was the Chief Product Officer at Cloudera where he was responsible for all product delivery and support efforts at the company. He was cofounder and President at SnappyData which was acquired by TIBCO in 2019. Prior to that he held senior product leadership roles at VMware and Pivotal.
