On the Portfolio Success team as Director of Events and Community, Andie is focused on curating meaningful experiences that inspire entrepreneurs and founders to connect, learn, and collaborate.

Prior to joining Norwest, she worked on events for Google, Coinbase, and Salesforce. She has shaped everything from exclusive C-level gatherings to large-scale industry conference sponsorships.

Andie graduated from Cal Poly with a bachelor’s degree in event management.
