Prior to joining Norwest, Ava was a healthcare investor at B Capital, helping drive investments across biotech and health AI companies. Before that, she was a consultant at Clearview Healthcare Partners, where she advised pharma and biotech clients on business development, pipeline prioritization, and clinical development.

Ava graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor of science in biomedical engineering and a minor in engineering management from Tufts University.
