Cameron is a Senior Advisor at Norwest, providing counsel to portfolio companies on finance strategy, operational efficiency, and scaling for growth.

An accomplished CFO, COO, and Board Director, she brings over two decades of experience leading technology and consumer businesses through IPOs, M&A exits, capital raises, and organizational transformation. Her expertise spans SaaS, AI/ML, fintech, and consumer sectors, with a focus on building high-performing teams and systems that drive strategic decision-making across finance, legal, people, and revenue operations.

Most recently, Cameron was CFO at Weights & Biases, where she helped scale the company by more than 10x ARR and led its successful acquisition by CoreWeave, the AI hyperscaler. She previously served as CFO and COO of Bulletproof 360, driving its first profitability through operational restructuring, and as CFO of Ripple Foods, supporting 120% revenue growth.
Earlier in her career, she held finance leadership roles at Sunrun (NASDAQ: RUN) and Box (NYSE: BOX), contributing to both companies’ IPOs, following a decade in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley.

Cameron currently serves as an Independent Director at EROAD and Copper Cow Coffee, and has previously served on the boards of Bulletproof 360 and HSS, where she chaired key governance and finance committees and helped lead the Board through a successful M&A exit.

She holds an MBA and BA in Economics from Harvard.
