Gal focuses on early- to late-stage venture investments in Israel across a wide range of sectors, with an emphasis on the enterprise, infrastructure, and consumer spaces.

Prior to joining Norwest, Gal led product and go-to-market strategy initiatives at Google and Oracle.

Gal holds a master of business administration degree with a concentration in finance, strategy, and entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
