Ira Stahlberger is a senior advisor at Norwest, where he provides guidance to Norwest portfolio companies on sponsorships and celebrity endorsements. He is a partner at WME, the world’s largest sports and entertainment agency, where he co-leads the Football Marketing division and oversees off-field business strategy—including marketing, content, licensing, and philanthropic initiatives—for top-tier athletes and sports personalities. He has more than two decades of experience in sports marketing, brand partnerships, and talent strategy.
Ira’s client roster spans legends like Wayne Gretzky and Terry Bradshaw to current stars including Joe Burrow, Christian McCaffrey, and Justin Jefferson, as well as rising talent like LSU’s Livvy Dunne and Michigan’s JJ McCarthy. Prior to WME, Ira held senior roles at Intersport and began his career at The Coca-Cola Company and Leo Burnett.
