Karina focuses on assisting companies with their exit planning and execution, along with raising equity and debt. She provides advisory support for Norwest’s portfolio companies with the goal of optimizing their strategic outcomes as they scale.

Prior to joining Norwest, Karina worked in the technology investment banking group at TD Cowen, where she worked on executing numerous M&A transactions across the software, hardware, and semiconductors verticals.

Karina graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor of business administration in finance and a bachelor of arts in public health.
