Kayla focuses on growth equity investments across a wide range of sectors at Norwest including technology, business services, media, and consumer.

Prior to joining Norwest, Kayla worked in investment banking at William Blair.

Kayla graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Vanderbilt University with a degree in history and business.
