Laura joined Norwest in 2019 and oversees the firm’s M&A and capital markets functions. As a member of the Portfolio Success team, Laura provides advisory support for Norwest’s portfolio companies with the goal of optimizing outcomes.

Prior to joining Norwest, Laura worked as an investment banker at Harris Williams, Morgan Keegan, and UBS, where she focused on technology and consumer M&A as well as private placements and structured derivative financings.

Laura earned a bachelor of arts degree in economics from Haverford College and the London School of Economics.
