A seasoned leader with deep expertise in digital strategy, data-driven growth, and customer experience, Laura is currently Chief Growth Marketing Officer at ByHeart, where she leads marketing strategy and execution across all channels.

Prior to ByHeart, Laura spent over five years at Ritual, where she was Senior Vice President of D2C with P&L ownership totaling over $100M. In that role, she led a cross-functional team of 25+ spanning growth marketing, digital product and eCommerce, customer experience, lifecycle/CRM, data science, and analytics.

Laura brings a strong track record in high-consideration, multi-channel customer journeys and subscription-based business models. Her areas of focus include go-to-market strategy, personalization, marketing operations and technology, and leveraging data analytics to drive profitable growth and maximize customer lifetime value.
