Maggie joined Norwest in 2023 as Director of Investment Team Recruiting and brought with her a decade of talent acquisition experience. In her role, she oversees hiring for Norwest’s investment team and investor training program.

Before joining Norwest, Maggie worked at Bridgewater Associates, a premier asset management firm, where she led talent acquisition for their investment teams. Prior to this, she spent five years in agency recruitment, primarily with Michael Page International, a leading professional recruitment consultancy.

Maggie holds a Bachelor of Science in liberal studies from Southern Connecticut State University.
