Megan is a Senior Advisor at Norwest, specializing in fintech, regulatory compliance, and risk management. She brings more than 20 years of experience spanning traditional banking, financial technology, payments, and digital assets, with deep expertise in navigating complex regulatory environments and building scalable compliance programs.

Megan takes a product-first approach to compliance, working closely with engineering, product, and legal teams to address regulatory challenges early in the development process. She helps companies balance innovation with regulatory requirements, strengthen internal controls, and develop practical risk management strategies that support sustainable growth.

Megan currently provides fractional compliance leadership for early stage fintech and digital asset companies through Daisy Digital. She is also an advisor to The Better Money Company and a board member of Cornerstone Licensing. Previously, she held senior compliance leadership positions at Lightspark, Block, OKCoin, Coinbase, and Intuit. Earlier in her career, she held compliance, audit, and risk management roles at PwC, Barclays, and Deloitte.
