Nathan Pieri is a senior advisor at Norwest, providing guidance to portfolio companies on product leadership, strategy, and operations with a focus on manufacturing and supply chain end-markets.

Nathan is the founder of RampUp LLC, a strategic advisory firm that helps enterprise software companies and private equity investors accelerate results through stronger product strategies, leadership development, and acquisition due diligence.  Presently, he serves as an independent board member for Overhaul, the global leader in active supply chain risk management and intelligence solutions.

He has held senior product and marketing leadership roles for more than two decades. Most recently, Nathan served as Chief Product Officer and VP of Applications at Rockwell Automation, where he led the software business unit for the Plex, Fiix, and FactoryTalk ProductionCentre product lines. Before that, he was Group Vice President of Product Management and Strategy at Plex Systems (now Rockwell Automation), and Chief Product Officer at Amber Road (now WiseTech), where he oversaw product development, engineering, trade content, and professional services. Earlier in his career, he held product leadership roles at Triple Point Technology (now ION) and Baan (now Infor), was a managing associate in the Coopers & Lybrand (now PWC) strategy consulting business, and began his career in GE’s Manufacturing Management Program.

Nathan earned his MBA in Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and his BSEE in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
