Parul focuses on early-stage and growth equity investments in Indian companies across a wide range of sectors.

Prior to joining Norwest, Parul was an Investment Associate from Creador, a pan-Asian private equity fund, where she spent time on growth equity deals across consumer and manufacturing. Prior to this, she worked as an Associate Vice President at Avendus Capital, where she advised consumer and financial services businesses on M&A and fund raise transactions.

Parul has an MBA from IIM Lucknow and a bachelor’s degree from St Xaviers Calcutta.
