Peter is a Senior Advisor at Norwest, providing strategic guidance to portfolio companies on growth, transformation, and go-to-market execution across healthcare, technology, and SaaS sectors.

Over more than 25 years in digital health and enterprise technology, Peter has scaled organizations from early stage to over $1B in revenue, directed teams of up to 750 people, and led or participated in more than seven acquisitions delivering returns of 10× to 50×.

Peter is the COO of HighFive Healthcare, where he leads strategy and operations to drive growth, enhance practice performance, and deliver innovative patient care solutions.

Previously, he served as CEO of Clinekt Health, where he launched an AI-driven musculoskeletal triage and referral platform. Before that, he was Senior VP & GM at Meazure Learning, where he successfully transitioned a higher-education assessment business to a subscription model and reignited growth. Earlier in his career, Peter held leadership roles including Chief Growth Officer at Mercury Healthcare / Healthgrades, where he reorganized post-COVID sales operations and helped facilitate the company’s sale to WebMD, and President & CEO of Influence Health / MEDSEEK, which he scaled from startup to market leader and guided through a private equity exit.

Peter holds a degree in International Business from the University of South Alabama, where he competed as a Division I tennis player.
