Most recently, Carl served as Chief Revenue Officer at Alkami Technology (NASDAQ: ALKT), where he helped grow the business from $150 million to $450 million in ARR while doubling its digital banking user base. He unified sales and marketing operations, introduced value-based pricing, and built a scalable revenue model to support long-term profitability.
Previously, Carl was EVP of Sales at Workfront, scaling revenue from $92 million to $300 million in ARR ahead of the company’s $1.5 billion acquisition by Adobe. He has also held senior GTM leadership roles at AppSense, HP Software, BMC, SAP, and PeopleSoft.
Carl advises SaaS leaders on revenue strategy and go-to-market execution, with a focus on aligning people, process, and technology. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Georgia.
