Cheri is a Senior Advisor at Norwest, providing counsel to portfolio companies and their CEOs on leadership, strategy, and operational excellence.

She is President and Strategic Advisor at C&G Consulting Management, where she supports pre-investment diligence, post-investment value creation, executive leadership team organizational alignment to strategic goals, coaching, and interim C-level leadership. An accomplished executive with deep experience in enterprise software and manufacturing, Cheri advises private equity firms, investment bankers, and portfolio companies on growth strategy, go-to-market execution, and operational transformation.

Previously, Cheri served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Revenue Officer of DELMIAWORKS (formerly IQMS), a Dassault Systèmes company, where she led GTM strategy, revenue growth across both net new and customer expansion, global expansion through the development of channel partnerships, and the conversion to a SaaS software solution. She has experience managing every part of a software company and has held senior leadership roles for more than 20 years. She has focused the last 10 years of her career in the industrial software market, across both private and public companies ranging in size from $10M to $125M.

Cheri was named one of The Software Report’s Top 25 Women Leaders in Software of Europe in 2021, during her time at Dassault Systemes.
