As Director of Accounting, Controller, Danny oversees the firm’s accounting operations, financial reporting, audits, and internal controls. He also leads initiatives to streamline processes and implement modern technology solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and the timely delivery of financial information.

Danny began his accounting career at the El Dorado County Auditor-Controller’s Office before joining the Norwest team as a Staff Accountant. Since then, he has played an integral role in strengthening the firm’s accounting operations and financial reporting processes.

Danny has a bachelor of science in management science from the University of California, San Diego. During his tenure at Norwest, he earned his CPA license (currently inactive) and completed an MBA at San José State University.
