Prior to joining Norwest, Joe was an investor at Selva Ventures, an early-stage CPG fund. Before Selva, Joe spent time on the finance and commercial teams at Affirm and began his career as an investment banker at RBC Capital Markets.
Joe holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Duke University, where he was a member of the men’s soccer team.
