Julia comes to Norwest with a background in search at Robert Walters where she recruited senior executives across finance and operations. As principal and co-head of talent and network development, under the umbrella of Portfolio Success, Julia works closely with healthcare and growth equity portfolio companies.
In Julia’s prior role, she partnered closely with executive teams, founders, and CEOs to fill key searches at early and growth stage companies including OpenAI, Plaid, Chime, Flexport, TaskRabbit, Singular, and Minted.
Julia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mandarin with summa cum laude distinction from Arizona State University.
