As Head of Growth Equity Operations, Leslie leads investor hiring and development, as well as the GE team’s strategic planning, operating rhythm, and communications. She joins the team after more than six years at Alpine Investors, where she led Firm & People Operations and helped scale the firm through a period of significant growth. Prior to Alpine, Leslie held brand marketing roles at The North Face and Nike, working across San Francisco, New York City, Washington DC, and Portland.

 

Leslie earned her MA in management from Durham University and her BA in science, technology & society with a minor in urban studies from Stanford University. At Stanford, she captained the women’s lacrosse team and became the university’s first First Team All-American.
