Lia joined Norwest in 2022 and currently serves as Vice President of Marketing. In this role, she leads Norwest’s marketing strategy, overseeing brand, content, and events to strengthen the firm’s community and drive meaningful engagement.
She brings extensive experience across marketing, demand generation, and events. Before Norwest, she was Vice President of Marketing at Ripcord and has held marketing roles at Demandbase and Frog Design.
Lia holds an MBA in business administration and management from the University at Albany, SUNY, and a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of St. Thomas.
