What are the little victories you look for?

A smile, high five, or maybe even a hug are my special event moments. Work doesn’t always have to feel like work when you enjoy the people you are surrounded by. I feel inspired when team members genuinely enjoy each other and feel victorious for creating opportunities to make this happen.

What can you do/deliver/provide like no one else?

I make a mean “to-do list’. My dad trained me from a young age to keep a packing excel for family vacations to Lake Tahoe. I guess I’ve adopted this process into everything I do. If you have a vision, project or goal, I have a to-do list for it. I find great joy checking those items off, one by one!

Bringing people together is a passion of mine. Whether it’s business-focused or just for fun, my goal is to foster a family feeling at Norwest. that extends well beyond the office walls and work hours. Our people and culture is what sets us apart and enables our success.
