Mitesh is a Senior Advisor at Norwest, where he works closely with portfolio companies on finance and operational strategy, capital markets readiness, and scaling high-growth businesses. He brings experience across both private and public companies, helping management teams build the systems, discipline, and infrastructure needed to grow and operate at scale.
An accomplished public company CFO, Mitesh has deep experience leading SaaS and technology companies through periods of rapid growth and transformation. He served as Chief Financial Officer of RingCentral, where he helped scale the business from approximately $50 million to $2 billion in revenue, expanded into the enterprise segment, and drove significant market value creation (market cap of $40 billion). During his tenure, he repositioned the company as a pure SaaS business, strengthened investor confidence through consistent performance, and led major strategic partnerships and capital raises.
Mitesh currently serves on the boards of several companies, including as Audit Chair, where he advises on governance, IPO readiness, and financial strategy. He also co-teaches the CFO Leadership course at Stanford Graduate School of Business, focused on capital strategy, scaling, and navigating complex operating environments.
Earlier in his career, Mitesh was an equity research analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, covering software and cloud companies and supporting major IPOs. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and is a CPA, Chartered Accountant, and CFA charterholder.
