Olivia is Director of Talent, Venture, where she oversees executive talent initiatives for the firm’s enterprise venture portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Norwest, Olivia was part of the Digital Transformation and Enterprise Technology practice at SPMB Executive Search. There, she partnered with a broad range of high-growth, VC-backed startups and global technology companies to place top-tier executive talent across critical leadership roles.
Olivia holds a bachelor’s degree in political economy from the University of California, Berkeley, with minors in French and journalism.
