What inspires you about your work?

I’m inspired by the opportunity to partner with founders who are building the technologies that will define the next decade. The path from idea to scaled business is anything but linear, defined by unexpected challenges and hard-won milestones. Supporting entrepreneurs through those pivotal moments, whether landing a first customer or launching a transformative product, is incredibly energizing. I love the challenge of thinking several steps ahead and helping founders navigate both the strategic and the tactical as they build enduring companies.

What’s the quality you most look for in other people? In yourself?

Adaptability and intellectual hunger. The best entrepreneurs—and teammates—are always learning, testing boundaries, and finding new solutions when things don’t go as planned. I admire people who navigate uncertainty with resilience and humility, and that’s the same approach I try to bring to my own work.

When you aren't working, where can we find you?

Going on a long run, playing poker, checking out live music venues, and watching an old film at The Roxie.
