Reanna joined Norwest in 2022 as the lead writer and editor for the firm’s editorial strategy and content programs. She got her start in journalism before transitioning into copywriting and B2B content marketing. In this role, she combines her passion for storytelling and creative strategy.
Prior to joining Norwest, Reanna was a writer and content strategist at Smartsheet where she led brand and sponsorship campaigns, most notably with the McLaren F1 team. Before that, she was a Sr. Copywriter at PitchBook, sharing the stories and perspectives of founders and investors through data.
Reanna holds a Bachelor of Journalism and a B.S. in Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin.

I love this question because what makes me fun to work with also makes me a valuable team member. Bouncing ideas off my colleagues, whether it’s a silly notion or a far-fetched dream, is one of my favorite things to do. Brainstorms are fun! And in my experience, these conversations often lead to actual solutions. I’m a problem-solver at heart and can always be relied on to be a sounding board.
What can you always be relied on for?A smile. Problem-solving. And lots of tabs open at any one time.
What inspires you about your work? What makes you passionate about your work?Through our marketing initiatives, I often get to work with the talented people across our investment team, portfolio companies, and advisor network. There is an incredible wealth of knowledge in the Norwest ecosystem and we act as a conduit for sharing their stories and expertise. Their passion is contagious and I am always learning about new facets of company building. There is never a dull moment.
