Savannah is Director of Talent & Network Development, Growth Equity, where she partners with portfolio company founders, CEOs, and executives on leadership hiring, talent strategy, and organizational growth.
Prior to joining Norwest, Savannah spent nearly six years in executive search, most recently as a Senior Director at KTG. She advised venture-backed, private equity-backed, and founder-led companies on critical executive hires across the C-suite and VP level, with particular emphasis on consumer, technology, health, wellness, and other high-growth businesses.
At Norwest, Savannah works closely with investment teams and portfolio companies to identify and attract exceptional leaders, build executive networks, and help management teams scale through key stages of growth.
Savannah attended California State University San Marcos, where she earned a degree in political science with a minor in women’s studies.

I’m genuinely fascinated by people: what motivates them, what makes someone exceptional at what they do, and how the right group of people can completely change the trajectory of a company. I love getting to know someone beyond their resume and understanding the experiences and decisions that shaped them. The best part of my work is building those relationships over time and getting to play a small role in bringing great people and companies together.
What’s a quality you value most in other people?Curiosity. I’m drawn to people who ask great questions, are genuinely interested in other people, and never assume they have everything figured out.
Do you have a favorite motto?“Do it scared!” I love this reminder that you don’t have to feel completely ready or fearless to take a chance. Some of the best decisions and biggest opportunities come from being willing to take the leap even when it feels a little scary.
When you’re not working, where can we find you?Most likely with the people I love. I’m incredibly close with my family and love spending time with my partner, Jackson—and lately, getting as much time as I can with my new nephew, Grayson. I love traveling, exploring new places, and finding great restaurants along the way. I’m always happy to share a favorite recommendation with friends. As I trade Southern California for the Bay Area, I’m excited to make a new place feel like home, discover our favorite local spots, and explore everything Northern California has to offer while staying firmly loyal to the Padres.
