Scott brings deep experience building and leading world-class product organizations at category-defining technology companies. He was the first product leader at SendGrid, where he built the product team from the ground up, supported the company’s journey to IPO, and contributed to its $3B acquisition by Twilio. He later served as Chief Product Officer at GitLab, where he scaled the product organization from 15 to 65, expanded the product from point solutions into a full DevSecOps platform, and helped lead the company through a successful public offering.
Across his career, Scott has held responsibility for Product Management, Pricing, Growth, Data Science, Product Marketing, and Product Operations. He has extensive experience across multiple go-to-market models, including Enterprise Sales, Open Source, Freemium, and Product Led Growth, and brings a pragmatic, systems-level perspective to product strategy and execution.
