TC is a Senior Advisor at Norwest, where he supports portfolio companies during early post-investment and CFO transition moments by improving cash flow and forecast accuracy, strengthening board reporting, and establishing operating cadence and accountability.

An operating CFO and board member, TC has led sponsor-backed SaaS and tech-enabled services businesses through rapid growth, restructuring, and transition, with deep experience in healthtech and EdTech.

TC has served in CFO and executive leadership roles at Apprentice.io, Aetion, and 1010data. At 1010data, he helped drive 10x ARR growth and a $500M+ exit. At Apprentice.io, he built the finance and operating foundation and helped lead the company toward cash flow breakeven. At Aetion, he built a sponsor-grade forecasting and reporting cadence to support scaled growth and capital planning. His experience includes multiple capital raises, commercial model redesign, and M&A.

He currently serves as Audit Committee Chair and Board Member at 2U, supporting governance, capital structure, and liquidity strategy following the company’s restructuring.

TC holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and earned BBA degrees in Accountancy and Computer Applications from the University of Notre Dame. He completed the Strategic Financial Leadership Program at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
