Will is a Senior Advisor at Norwest, where he provides strategic guidance to portfolio companies in product strategy, AI, and vertical SaaS.

Will is a product executive and operator with deep experience building B2B software for the built environment industries, including construction, field service, and maintenance. Will currently serves as Chief Product Officer at BuildOps, where he leads product vision and strategy for its AI-native platform for commercial contractors.

Before joining BuildOps, he served as Senior Vice President of Product at MaintainX (acquired by Autodesk). Earlier in his career, Will spent nearly 12 years at Procore Technologies, where he was Vice President of Product Management and Head of Product for Specialty Contractors.

Will works closely with founders and executive teams on product strategy, scaling vertical software, and building AI-native products for evolving enterprise markets.
